Wright Stuff Squadron Personnel

Not everyone wants to get involved in the same way, but we NEED everyone to get involved in some way! Take a look at the areas below and get with the person who is in charge of that group. Sign on for something, as a few can't do it all!

We have six crews in our squadron responsible for various aspects of the squadron: Fund Raising, PX (Post Exchange, our version of a souvenier shop), Social Activities, Maintenance, Safety, and Photography. Each of these crew has a crew chief. Some people get involved in more than one crew. For our recovering and repair activities, everyone is involved to some extent!

Fund Raising Crew: The fund raising crew is a vital part of the success of the squadron. As members, we all must actively seek donations and new members, but we need people to assist with this group. Retired members would be great assets to the group, as it takes time to visit and solicit companies and service organizations.

PX crew: The PX, or Post Exchange, is where soldiers buy goods. For us, it is our souvenier shop. Any ideas for merchandise?

Social Activities Group: This group plans the holiday parties, monthly socials, and has the authority to put on a party whenever they want to! Since Naomi doesn't drink, she needs assistance from those of us who do!

Maintenance Crew: All the mechanics in the unit are on the maintenance crew, however, it also takes people who just like hanging out at the airplane. People are needed to be assistants and help these guys keep her flying! It's sometimes dirty work, but it's also a great way to learn about old airplanes and old engines.

Safety Crew: We are all responsible for safety, but when we get on tour, we need personnel to help with safety around the airplane and static display.
